Scheduled visit fee charged for no shows and cancellations  < 24 hours before scheduled appointment. 

We accept cash, personal check, and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).  Payment  is required at the time of service.  A service fee of 3% will be charged for all card purchases. 

We currently do not accept  Insurance.  At the end of your visit we provide you with the necessary  reimbursement paperwork (Superbill) which you may submit to your  insurance company for reimbursement and/or deductible coverage.  Your  care is our priority .  We are able to provide the best care for you  when we are not constrained by the limitations imposed by insurance  companies.
